This is the privacy policy of shintenchistore.com, the Shintenchi catalogue site. The short version: you are reading a catalogue, not opening an account. There is nothing here to sign into, nothing to subscribe to, and no profile of you on our side.

What we record

The site keeps plain visit counts, held in aggregate: which pages were opened and when. They tell us whether people are shopping the patio in March or the shelving in November. They are not tied to a name, and we neither buy nor sell audience data.

If you write to us by email, we keep the thread for as long as your question is open, because losing it halfway through an answer helps nobody.

What happens at the buying button

Every buying button opens our retail partner in a new tab and carries a code that tells them the visit came from here. From that point their privacy policy applies and ours does not, because you are on their site. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.
