It arrives flat in a carton one person can carry, and it goes together on the floor of the room it will live in. Square the frame with the diagonals before the back goes on, level it, then fix it to the wall before anything goes on a shelf.

The consumer safety commission launched its anchoring campaign in 2015 and reported ten years later that tip-over injuries and deaths had fallen by nearly half; the instruction behind that number is the one sentence above.
