It arrives flat and goes together on the surface it will stand on. Count the fasteners against the sheet before you start, leave everything finger-tight until the piece is standing, and give the fittings a quarter turn next spring.

Super easy to assemble. The one cord underneath sticks up slightly so the grey panel on top does not lay perfectly flat. Also it did not come with the wind glass. Otherwise it’s beautiful, has different levels of flame, easy to use.
